Report a vulnerability.

Send enough detail for the issue to be reproduced without placing customer data, credentials or exploit material in a public channel.

How to report

Email hello@dnacybersolutions.ca with the subject “Security report”. Include the affected URL or component, the observed impact, reproduction steps and a safe way to contact you.

Researcher safety

Use accounts and data you own or are explicitly authorised to test.
Do not access, retain or transmit another person’s data.
Do not degrade availability, use social engineering or perform denial-of-service testing.
Stop testing when you encounter sensitive data and report what you observed.

Current response boundary

We review each valid report and coordinate directly with the reporter. We do not currently publish response-time commitments or a bug-bounty programme.
