Services / Nexora MDR
Managed detection and response, around the clock.
DNA Cybertech Solutions provides 24×7 managed detection and response on the Nexora platform. Our Investigation Agents start investigating immediately and finish within one hour at most. Our team monitors and escalates, and every conclusion stays traceable to the evidence behind it.
The service
The people who build the behavior layer also operate it.
A managed service is a promise about people being awake at three in the morning. Nexora MDR combines a platform designed to make an analyst’s job legible (behavior as the investigation object, evidence chains that hold up under handoff, explicit recording of what was and was not observed) with Investigation Agents and a team that run detection and response on it every hour of the day.
What is included
Coverage, from first signal to evidence.
If a capability you need is not listed here, ask us. We will tell you plainly whether it is part of the service.
Monitoring and triage
Our team watches your environment around the clock and triages what the Nexora platform surfaces, so a finding at three in the morning is handled, not queued.
Investigations that start immediately
Our Investigation Agents begin investigating the moment a case opens, and every investigation is completed in at most one hour. They work on behavior records, not piles of logs: who acted, what it could do, what it did, what changed, what persisted, and what was observed.
Escalation with reasoning attached
When a case moves to you, the evidence chain and the reasoning move with it, rather than being summarised into a comment field.
Response within your authorization policy
Response actions are taken or recommended according to the authorization policy agreed with you.
Detection tuning and behavior coverage
We tune detections and extend behavior coverage using what we learn in your environment.
Platform operation and support
The same company that builds the behavior layer operates and supports it.
Why the behavior layer matters
Managed security inherits fragmentation. The behavior layer is aimed at it.
Managed analysts work across many stacks and many telemetry qualities. A common investigation object is what keeps that work consistent.
A consistent investigation object.
A behavior has the same shape regardless of which sensor produced it: who acted, what they did, what changed, what persisted, what was observed.
Handoffs that survive shift change.
The evidence chain behind a conclusion is part of the record, so the incoming analyst can see where the previous conclusion came from rather than re-deriving it.
Escalation with its reasoning attached.
When a case moves from one tier to the next, or to your team, the reasoning travels with it.
Gaps stated rather than assumed.
Where telemetry does not cover something, that is recorded in the behavior instead of quietly becoming a clean result, so you always know what a conclusion could not see.
Before you choose
Questions to ask any MDR provider.
These separate a real service from a well-designed brochure. Ask them of every provider on your list. We are glad to answer them for Nexora MDR in a scoping conversation.
- Who is awake at 03:00, and what is the escalation path when the first responder cannot resolve it?
- What exactly is contractually committed (time to acknowledge, time to engage, time to escalate)?
- When an analyst reaches a conclusion, can you see the evidence it was based on, or only the summary?
- What happens when telemetry is missing? Does the provider tell you, or does the gap disappear into a clean report?
- Which actions can the provider take in your environment without asking, and who authorised that list?
- What do you keep if you leave (detections, investigation history, evidence, behavior records) and in what format?
- Where does your data physically reside, who can access it, and under which jurisdiction?
